COMMERCIAL ROOF PROBLEMS PUT YOUR BUSINESS AT RISK

Colorado weather doesn’t just wear down commercial roofs, it increases business risk. Wind, hail, and thermal movement weaken roofing systems long before damage is obvious. When leaks appear it disrupts operations, tenants, and revenue.

We help business owners identify risk early, stabilize systems properly, and prevent avoidable disruption.

LONGER LASTING & STRONGER

Repaired with modern roofing materials

Metal

learn more arrow

Best for: Industrial, agricultural, and commercial facilities needing long-lifecycle systems with strong snow-shedding, fire resistance, and energy efficiency through reflective coatings.

Watch for: Fastener back-out, gasket deterioration, seam stress from thermal expansion/contraction, corrosion, and leaks at penetrations. Oil canning (panel waviness) is cosmetic, but often triggers unnecessary replacement calls.

Why Peak? We understand metal's unique expansion dynamics which is where most recurring leaks originate. We accurately assess repair vs. restoration, and offer coating systems and membrane overlay retrofits that use your existing metal as a high-quality substrate, often avoiding full replacement costs.

composites

Best for: Buildings needing the look of slate or wood shake at a lower cost and weight; a smart aesthetic choice where structural load is a consideration.

Watch for: Hail and impact damage, UV-related brittleness, and cracking over time. Many failures trace back to improper installation rather than the product itself.

Why Peak? We know composite systems across multiple manufacturers and won't recommend replacement when repair is viable. Our installation detail and documentation process also makes us strong partners when insurance claims are involved.

asphalt shingles

Best for: Multi-family and light commercial steep-slope properties where cost-effectiveness and ease of repair matter.

Watch for: Granule loss, hail and wind damage, missing or lifted shingles, flashing failures, and improper ventilation which quietly shortens roof lifespan from the inside out.

Why Peak? We go beyond shingle-swapping. Our inspections address ventilation and system performance, not just surface damage. We also carry scalable crews and strong insurance documentation for multi-property portfolios.

Tile Roofing

Best for: Hospitality, high-end commercial, and HOA properties where longevity, UV resistance, and premium curb appeal are priorities.

Watch for: Broken or slipped tiles, but more critically, underlayment deterioration, which is the real source of most tile roof leaks. Improper foot traffic during inspections can cause more damage than the original problem.

Why Peak? We know tile systems fail at the underlayment, not the tile. Our careful repair approach protects existing tile while addressing the root cause often extending the roof's life cycle without a full tear-off.

Flat / Low-Slope Roofing (TPO & EPDM)

learn more arrow

Best for: Large commercial footprints: Warehouses, retail, and industrial buildings. TPO delivers strong UV reflectivity and energy efficiency; EPDM handles Colorado's thermal swings exceptionally well and can last 30+ years when properly maintained.

Watch for: Seam failures, membrane delamination (wall tenting), ponding water, flashing failures around HVAC and drains, and UV degradation. Flat systems are notorious for hiding leak origins far from the actual entry point.

Why Peak? We specialize in diagnosing the misidentified leaks flat systems are known for. Our preventative approach to seam inspections, drainage correction, and timely repairs extends roof life and avoids premature replacement. We also offer coating systems, overlays, and full membrane replacement when needed.

CO | 17,500 Sq. Ft. Reroof

The Help and Hope Center is a 501(c)3 nonprofit in Castle Rock dedicated to serving families in Douglas and Elbert counties who are facing economic hardship, food insecurity, or the risk of homelessness. Peak Roofing and Solar completed a 17,500 sq. ft. commercial reroof using a TPO membrane system, replacing an aging roof that had become vulnerable to leaks and weather damage. A tight, energy-efficient roof means the center can keep more of its resources where they belong: helping people in need.

Peak Roofing and Solar tackled a 15,000 sq. ft. reroof on this Baymont Inn location using a modified bitumen system, built to stand up to wind, snow loads, and temperature swings. The upgraded roof means guests stay comfortable and ownership stays worry-free; no more chasing leaks between check-ins.

40,000 Sq. Ft. Reroof, 16,000 Sq. Ft. Stucco & 295 Window Replacements

Stonehenge is a multi-building residential community in Aurora, Colorado and this was one of our most comprehensive exterior renovation projects to date. Peak Roofing and Solar performed a 40,000 sq. ft. reroof using an EPDM rubber membrane system, re-stuccoed 16,000 sq. ft. of exterior surface, and replaced 295 windows throughout the property. Aurora's Front Range climate, with its intense UV exposure, hail, and freeze-thaw cycles, demands a tough exterior, and that's exactly what this community now has. From top to bottom, Stonehenge's residents are now living under a fully refreshed, weather-resistant building envelope.

We completed an 87,000 sq. ft. commercial reroof, one of Peak Roofing and Solar’s largest single projects, using a TPO membrane system designed for industrial and agricultural use. The new roof gives this high-output facility the leak-free, long-lasting protection it needs to keep operations running smoothly.

They completed everything perfectly
We recently used Peak Roofing to replace our roof after a hail storm. They were able to seamlessly match for color and style and installed the roof quickly and cleanly. As the homeowner, I was able to be very hands off, and they completed everything perfectly- with an obvious understanding of codes and community standards.

The first people I call for my roofing Needs
When the president of the company spontaneously stops at your house because he sees a loose roof tile above where our kids play and offers to fix it (no charge and just because), that tells me a lot about the integrity and culture of the company. Steven and the team at My Peak Roofing will be the first people I call for my roofing needs.
