Stonehenge — Aurora, CO

Stonehenge is a multi-building residential community in Aurora, Colorado and this was one of our most comprehensive exterior renovation projects to date. Peak Roofing and Solar performed a 40,000 sq. ft. reroof using an EPDM rubber membrane system, re-stuccoed 16,000 sq. ft. of exterior surface, and replaced 295 windows throughout the property. Aurora's Front Range climate, with its intense UV exposure, hail, and freeze-thaw cycles, demands a tough exterior, and that's exactly what this community now has. From top to bottom, Stonehenge's residents are now living under a fully refreshed, weather-resistant building envelope.
